We at USDemocrazy were impressed when we heard President Obama will be receiving the Nobel prize for his extraordinary dedication to peace.
This is just dandy, though we had 5 bucks on Michael Jackson to sweep this year’s awards. Others however are not so pleased.

Rush Limbaugh accuses the President and the “world elites” of neutering America.
However, some of his colleagues in Washington, including Senator John McCain have expressed their pride in the president, congratulating Obama on his achievement.
Over all… this Nobel Prize thing has really gotten folks hooting and hollering in DC.
Who knew the peace prize could cause such violent reaction?
For what it’s worth, the prize committee seems to be meant for this to be a gesture of confidence in his intentions.
It meets the definition of the prize (promoting fraternity between nations), but still, I don’t think this is a very good choice at all.
