For example the &quot;pirate&quot; party&#039;s platform is shared by a more mainstream and relevant party. With representative govt and more than two parties, it&#039;s a lot easier to throw away a vote without actually throwing it away.

What this post nor the sources mention is that some of these far-right conservative parties are one step short of fascists. Knowing that is probably more important than a humorous fringe party (which btw, isn&#039;t even the most humorous party to win; a man declaring himself his own party in britain won a seat). I suppose it isn&#039;t as entertaining as the info given here though.</description>
