Here’s a case in point… the Enviromental Protection Agency (EPA) has done an about face!
In a huge policy reversal The new Obama EPA has filed a motion to dismiss a legal case the EPA itself was persuing under the previous Bush administration (officially called EPA v. State of New Jersey). In other words, the EPA was telling the the Supreme court ” We want out of this crazy case…”
